1. Policy Amendments
Management reserves the right to establish, amend, interpret, or revoke these policies at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, as deemed necessary for the well-being and integrity of the Caribou Club.
2. Conduct & Intoxication
Under no circumstances will entry be granted to members or guests who are unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated.
3. Dress Code
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any member or guest whose attire does not meet Club standards.
Our dress code is Aspen Casual:
- No baseball hats or beanies
- No shorts or sandals for gentlemen
- No hoodies or T-shirts
- No ski boots or ski gear
- Button-down shirts for gentlemen are suggested
Coat check is mandatory from October through the end of ski season. Outerwear, ski gear, and large bags must be checked upon arrival.
4. Member Conduct
Management reserves the right to expel any member or guest whose conduct violates Club policies or disrupts the experience of other members.
5. Guest Privileges
Individual memberships do not include guaranteed guest privileges.
Guest fees will apply to guests entering the nightclub, bar, and lounge. The amount of such fees shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Club.
6. Membership Status
Memberships are non-transferable. Children of members are considered guests and are subject to guest policies.
7. Corporate & Family Memberships
Corporate and Family Memberships include designated guest privileges as outlined in their respective membership agreements.
8. Policy Interpretation
Management is the sole authority for the interpretation and enforcement of all Club policies and privileges.
9. Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are strongly encouraged and required during peak season. Parties of more than fourteen (14) guests must coordinate directly with the Events Department for special arrangements.
Dinner reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of $100 per person during regular periods. Fees may vary during peak times and will be communicated accordingly. All cancellation fees apply to members and their guests and are assessed at the sole discretion of the Club.
Members are fully responsible for all charges incurred by their guests. Should a guest depart without settling their balance, all outstanding amounts will be charged to the sponsoring member’s account.
10. Special Events
Special functions will be organized periodically. Members will be notified via email, the member portal, or the Club app.
11. House Charges
Only members are authorized to charge to a house account. Members may elect to charge purchases to their house account or maintain an open tab during their visit.
Any open tab or house account not finalized at the conclusion of service will be closed on the member’s behalf, and a 22% gratuity will be applied to the subtotal. All house charges will be processed the day following the date of service.
12. Enforcement
Failure to comply with Club policies may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges without refund.
