Miles Angelo
As a native of upstate New York, Chef Miles culinary journey began as a child with tending to the family garden. His love for food and cooking intensified as an adult and eventually landed him as the chef of New York City's Arizona 206 where he helped to put Southwestern cuisine on the map. Chef Miles has worked at Aspen’s famed Caribou Club for over 20 years, coming onboard only seven years after the members only club opened. He’s been there so long that the restaurant’s glowing reputation and his own creative culinary genius have become synonymous. At the Caribou Club, Aspen’s exclusive private dining establishment, chef Angelo’s vibrant take on the region’s cuisine continues to attract a well-deserved following.
