Our watchwords are quality, local, sustainable and elegant and we draw on our experiences, both international and afield, to bring the best of all worlds to you. Dinner
From the club’s inception, we have endeavored to be the standard by which other restaurants are judged. Helmed by Executive Chef Miles Angelo for the better part of two decades and the unseen army which toils behind closed doors, we carry that torch to this day.
We pride ourselves on hand-crafting our food, from scratch-made breads and hand-formed pastas to expertly butchered meats and fish, down to our meticulously prepared desserts. We draw our inspiration from urban couture and mountain hearth, infused with international accents as varied as our esteemed clientele. Whether the raw materials come from the next valley over or a valley in the Alps, we seek out practitioners of sustainable methods to ensure that future generations are able to enjoy the same bounty as we do today.
Wine
Our wine list has a wide variety to satisfy even the most knowledgeable connoisseur. It is extensive and offers some of the finest and rarest wines. Our sommelier, Oliver Jaderko has a passion to share his knowledge and is available to help you find the most suitable wine for the night.
NightClub & Bar
The bar opens nightly at 6:30, come in for a cozy cocktail in front of the fire before heading to dinner. The DJ BEGINS Nightly at 10PM and dancing heats up by 11pm. Music is an eclectric pop with the DJ feeling out the crowd to get the party started.
