Light amber in color, a medium size egg with a smooth, silky velvet pop. It has a subtle flavor of toasted walnuts and cream.

Golden Osetra 120 per ounce

Dark golden in color, a medium sized egg that gently breaks on the tongue filling the mouth with nutty brown butter and a hint of ocean.

White Sturgeon 100 per ounce
