Special Events at the Caribou Club & Caribou Catering

 

Wine Room

Sit amid 500 bottles of famous Chateaus and great vintages going back to the early 1900’s in our    Wine Room. Accommodates up to 10 guests for private dinners.

Cub Room

Dine on creative & contemporary American cuisine in a 19th century style salon with prints of the West. The Cub Room can  accommodate up to 28 for dinner parties. Open the French doors to Caribou Alley and have a beautiful, outdoor, “bistro” style cocktail party for receptions or dinners in the Atrium. The Cub Room overlooks the flower-festooned Caribou Alley (Atrium) through lace-curtained French doors.

Caribou Alley

The flower-festooned Caribou Alley has store windows of Fendi and Caribou Jewels to tempt your guests, and is ideal for receptions. It is a very versatile space that holds 15 – 80 people for receptions or 40 people for a sit down brunch, lunch or dinner. This patio area, atrium, café, bistro… or whatever you want it to be, is covered with a custom sun roof. So rain or shine, you and your guests can be outdoors.

Great Room & Main Bar

A large, but cozy space with overstuffed chairs and a roaring fireplace with British racing green walls covered in first class Western art. The Great Room & Main Bar accommodates up to 150 guests for reception, (200 with Dance Floor).

Hunt Room

A gorgeous, yet comfortable room It’s material-lined walls boast David Levinthal photographs. It features superb food, well selected wines, and “silent” service. The Hunt Room is a perfect place to host private dinner parties for up to 30 guests. It is also the ideal space for an après party, VIP lounge or dessert station.

Pow Wow Room

Crowned by a Native American mural, “The Last Second of Custer’s Life”, the Pow Wow Room provides a very Western atmosphere. Great for 10 – 20 guests. It has also has been used as a gaming room for casino nights, a VIP lounge and an adjacent private bar for Hunt Room parties.

 

Pow Wow Room Combined with Hunt Room

Gorgeous, yet comfortable rooms with a Western atmosphere. When combined, these rooms can accommodate up to 50 people for dinner. It also makes a very special private lounge for bottle service, or a private bar. When the doors are closed, your event is completely private and shut away from the bustle that envelops the rest of the club.

 

Main Dining Room

Candlelight and antler chandeliers provide an intimate atmosphere for up to 100 guests in the          Main Dining Room.

 

Main Dining Room Combined with Dance Floor

Take over the whole space, it can accommodate up to 140 guests for dinner. Clear the tables off the Dance Floor by 10:30 for dancing and late night fun!

 

Caribou Club Buyout

The ultimate indulgence for you and your guests. Dine on our creative contemporary American cuisine, or for an even more memorable experience, Chef Miles Angelo can create a personalized menu for up to 250 guests. Enjoy all the amenities that the Caribou Club has to offer including our main bar and dance floor. Food stations and hors d’oeuvre parties can accomodate up to 450 people. Baldwin Gallery

An impressive and contemporary place to host a cocktail reception or private dinner. Whether you do nothing and use the art as décor, or utilize the white walls as a “blank canvas”… the Baldwin Gallery is sure to impress your guests!
